In October 2025, Mariana Bernardino Ferreira launched MBF Legal, a new independent legal practice dedicated to advising companies, entrepreneurs and organisations in areas characterised by innovation, digital transformation and the valuation of intangible assets.
This new practice stems from a professional career spanning the fields of Technology, Media, Intellectual Property, the Information Society, and Commercial and Corporate Law, with involvement in national and international projects and in sectors heavily impacted by technological and regulatory developments.
MBF Legal adopts a cross-cutting approach, combining legal expertise, an understanding of technological challenges and a strategic vision of its clients’ business models. Its work focuses on the legal framework for digital projects, the protection and enhancement of intellectual property, contractual structuring and the support of business transactions.
