Professional Experience

Throughout her career, she has provided strategic legal advice in the areas of intellectual property, digital technologies and services, data protection, e-commerce, advertising, contracts and commercial relations, and corporate matters, assisting clients in implementing legal solutions tailored to constantly evolving regulatory contexts, as well as in defending their rights, both in negotiations and in court proceedings.

Her experience includes overseeing projects on a national and international scale, working with companies, organisations, multidisciplinary teams and partners from different jurisdictions. Her work is based on a cross-disciplinary approach, combining legal expertise with an understanding of the technological, regulatory and business challenges faced by organisations, enabling her to devise solutions aligned with the strategic objectives of each project.

She has been involved in projects relating to e-commerce and digital advertising, the review and implementation of websites and digital platforms, and the regulatory and contractual reorganisation of companies and associations linked to the digital transition and the digital economy.

Her practice also includes advising on intellectual property matters, including litigation relating to the protection of rights and technological assets, with a particular focus on issues associated with software, licensing and the exploitation of intangible assets.

She has experience in providing legal advice to companies in the telecommunications, software, media and entertainment sectors, including television channels, content producers and organisations involved in the development and exploitation of technology. She has also advised on commercial and corporate transactions, including investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

She graduated with a degree in Law in 2007 and obtained a Master’s degree in Forensic Legal Sciences in 2010 from the NOVA School of Law.

She supplemented her training with advanced courses in the fields of digital services, data protection and artificial intelligence, including specialist training at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in Maastricht.
