MBF Legal and CCS LEX have entered into a strategic partnership, strengthening a professional relationship built up over almost two decades.
The collaboration between Mariana Bernardino Ferreira and Carlos Costa e Silva began in 2008, and they worked together for around seven years.
Over the following years, this professional connection was maintained through collaboration on various legal matters, based on a relationship of trust, mutual understanding and the sharing of experience, and has now developed into a structured partnership between two independent practices.
The partnership that has now been established represents the natural progression of this journey and is based on the complementary nature of their respective areas of expertise and the experience accumulated by both practices.
Both practices have extensive experience in the areas of commercial, corporate and contract law, as well as litigation; the collaboration also encompasses expertise in the areas of intellectual property, technology, distribution, transport, insurance and maritime law, enabling the firm to provide a comprehensive and multidisciplinary legal service.
